Responsibilities

- Provide Premium Grooming: Execute precision haircuts, classic shaves, beard trims, and custom styling solutions based on individual client requests.
- Elevate the Guest Experience: Build robust client relationships through active listening, personalized consultations, and friendly conversation.
- Maintain Pristine Standards: Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring all tools, stations, and shop areas remain impeccably clean at all times.
- Drive Retail & Upgrades: Boost shop profitability by thoughtfully matching clients with beneficial take-home products and premium service add-ons.
- Educate & Inform: Guide guests on home maintenance, daily styling techniques, and our latest shop promotions or events.
- Support Shop Operations:



Seamlessly manage appointment bookings, warmly greet arriving guests, and efficiently process transactions at the front desk.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of active, hands-on experience behind the chair.
- Credentials: A valid, recognized Barbering or Hairstyling certification is mandatory.
- Service Excellence: A proven track record of balancing impeccable technical skills with warm, memorable hospitality.
- Safety First: A thorough understanding of industry health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Sales Savvy: A confident, comfortable approach to upselling retail and services while maintaining genuine client trust.
