Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced barber to join our team. As a barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Duties:

- Perform haircuts, trims, and shaves according to clients' preferences
- Provide hair styling services such as blowouts, fades, and beard shaping
- Offer hair care advice and recommend suitable products for maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, workstations, and common areas
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber with proficiency in various hair cutting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients




- Knowledge of retail sales to promote and sell hair care products
- Ability to sanitize tools and work areas
- Proficiency in hair styling including fades, blowouts, and beard trims
