We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients. Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, hairstyling, and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on suitable hairstyles
- Perform various hair treatments, including shampooing, conditioning, and coloring
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance the client experience
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs




- Robust customer service skills to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for clients
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Ability to upsell salon products and recommend suitable hair care products for clients' needs
- Familiarity with sanitization procedures for tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
