About the Role

Second Cup Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Baristas to join our team in St. Boniface, Winnipeg which is opening soon.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have a passion for coffee and café service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

⏰ Café Hours & Shifts

Café Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Employees will be scheduled for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience required
- 2 years of barista experience preferred
- Experience preparing coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café products
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Versatile availability

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to Second Cup standards




- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience
