Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Assist in food handling and preparation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and addressing guest needs promptly
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are upheld

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; a passion for coffee and customer interaction is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks required in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
