You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic bakery and café alongside a team that takes pride in great service, exceptional products, and making people’s day a little better. Bakeries are some of the happiest places on earth, after all.

Applicants must have regular WEEKDAY and WEEKEND availability.
This position is not suitable for applicants who are only available evenings and/or weekends. Our café operates seven days a week, and we are specifically looking for team members who can work during the week as well as on weekends, including a combination of morning and daytime shifts.

- Are dependable, punctual, and understand the importance of showing up for your team
Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in a barista, café, restaurant,
or customer service environment is preferred, but not mandatory. We’re happy to train the right person.
Applicants must
- Have an intermediate level of French
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Smart Choices Certificate
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Have weekday and weekend availability, including morning and daytime shifts
- Be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Follow Le Croissant's standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, cleanliness, safety, and security
- Be comfortable engaging with guests, identifying their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly
- Be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift — we're a team, and everyone pitches in
