Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling, maintaining accuracy at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, ensuring proper cashiering procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively,



welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in bartending or restaurant settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions, bill splitting, and tip calculations.
- Experience with food industry operations such as serving or bartending is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours.
