Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist with cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and food handling.




- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

- Strong cash handling experience with attention to detail in cashiering tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Familiarity with food handling standards and regulations.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
