Comprehensive advantages such as medical insurance, dental, vision, long term/short term disability, life insurance, and more Pension plan A provided service van with gas, insurance, and repair expenses covered State-of-the-art training facilities Responsible for testing, maintenance and repairing industrial batteries and chargers at customer and/or Company branch locations. This position will report to the Field Service Manager.

Test, maintain, and repair batteries and chargers. Work at the branch location and/or travel to customer locations. Confer with customer on problems and issues and review recommended repairs. Perform safety and operational tests.

Pick-up and deliver chargers and other equipment associated with customer service work. Install batteries, chargers, and/or other battery related equipment as needed to support customer service work. Service the vehicle by having the oil changed, tire pressure checked, etc.





Pick-up parts and replenish vehicle’s inventory. Maintain accurate vehicle parts inventory levels in compliance with Company Branch Guidelines. Complete all training as required. Able to safely operate lift trucks and vehicles/service vans High school diploma Industry related training and/or one to two years of prior experience (preferred) Able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and various types of testing equipment Good organizational, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required Please note that we currently require all new hires to complete a criminal reference check to be eligible for employment.
