Job Overview:

This employee as BDC Service Coordinator has a high level of interaction in the interest of generating customer enthusiasm. Follows up and tracks dealership performance and customer retention activities. This employee will also look after all paint warranty issues and employee absentees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Communicates with external sources related to sales and marketing – Dealer Direct
- Maintains the quality of the dealerships customer database and analyzes data for trends
- Manages all promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mailings - BDC
- Manages and resolve all paint warranty issues
- Record all service personnel absentee and report this to human relations on a weekly basis.

Skill Set Required:

- Knowledge of sales/service procedures, processes and follow-up
- Effectively relates to customers, establishes rapport and focus on customer enthusiasm
- The ability to work periodically long hours and meet deadlines
- The ability to multi task
