Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products with previous experience in the industry and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties

- Provide personalized customer service by understanding individual customer needs
- Demonstrate and sell beauty products to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail beauty environments
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks




- Skilled in basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Passion for beauty products and industry trends
