- Conduct outgoing and incoming client calls regarding payments
- Advise clients on repayment terms and contractual obligations

- Build strong relationships with clients and communities

Requirements:

- Fluency in French and English required
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred
