THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Base Salary: CAD $9,688.00 - 91,109.00
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including IT, Sales, Implementation, Clients and Partners to manage electronic enrolment process of new plan members and maintanence for existing clients.
- Handles change management associated with converting manual enrolment clients to electronic enrolment upon request.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues impacting enrolment, enrolment file layouts, and other system related initiatiaves.
- Performs data analysis on enrolment activity and creates reports as required.
- Contributes to system and process reviews supporting continuous improvement.
- Supports other internal teams as required by acting as the enrolment subject matter expert.
- May provide back up support to Business Analysts if required.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- University Degree or College Diploma or related work experience.
- Resourceful and able to work through challenges.
- Experience working with complex data relationships and structure.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Effective in developing relationships and contributing to team performance in a highly collaborative environment.
- Accountable and team-oriented – able to work well independently while contributing to and supporting team goals and deadlines.
- Expert level skills in Excel; proficiency in Word,
Power Point, SAP Business Objects, and other Data Base Utilities & Query Tools.
