Brandt in Moncton, NB is seeking a Customer-Product Support representative for a full-time, in office role in our 24/7 support center. You will interact with customers via phone, email and text to resolve parts inquiries and orders.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/French), has strong problem-solving and communication skills, and can multitask across systems while maintaining accuracy and a high level of customer satisfaction. Inbound-call experience is a plus.
