EMCO is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our national People Development and Training team. You will screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and assist with career fair events and onboarding of recent hires.
Responsibilities include creating and managing job postings for the Management Development Program and National Support Centre, conducting exit interviews, drafting effective ads, and coordinating the annual Future Leader Conference for about 100 attendees.
