What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Bilingual FR/EN) do? You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through: Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent Screening and interviewing high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelines Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
