Title: Bilingual Technical Writer - French

Location: Hybrid - Toronto

Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years of Manual QA Testing experience.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong experience with all Manual testing activities including UI, regression, functional testing, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test cases independently.
- Experience with defect management and test tracking tools.
- Solid communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance industry experience.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Insight Global are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Technical Writer with 5-7 years of experience to support testing initiatives across Wealth Management and Insurance applications. The role will focus on end-to-end manual testing, UI validation, functionality testing, and French language verification to reduce reliance on business stakeholders during UAT.



This will be a hybrid role, 2x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end manual testing across web and enterprise applications.
- Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Validate French translations, labels, messaging, and user experiences.
- Create and execute test cases and document defects.
- Review English test scripts and verify French-language functionality and content.

- • Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the testing lifecycle.
