You are a BIM Coordinator that will join our team to support engineering-focused project teams within a agile Architect & Engineering environment. This role is central to ensuring that engineering BIM Models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned to support efficient, constructible project delivery.
You will work directly with mechanical and electrical teams to manage and model quality, resolve clashes, facilitate coordination and reinforce BIM standards that drive efficient, constructible design outcomes.
You will play a key role in improving project outcomes by:
- Ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned across engineering disciplines
- Reducing rework through proactive clash detection and issue resolution
- Supporting integrated design delivery through consistent BIM practices
- Enabling teams to effectively collaborate using digital tools and workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Model Setup & Management
- Set up and maintain Revit models aligned with BIM Execution Plans, client requirements, and firm standards
- Maintain model structure, data integrity, and overall performance
Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate structural and MEP models to ensure alignment and constructability
- Manage model exchanges and ensure timely publishing for coordination milestones
Clash Detection & Resolution
- Run clash detection and track, assign, and support resolution of coordination issues
- Present key clashes and gaps during coordination meetings
Team Support & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between project teams, consultants, and Design Technology
- Support teams with BIM tools, workflows, and troubleshooting
Standards & Improvement
- Apply BIM standards and best practices across projects
- Identify recurring issues and support improvements to workflows and tools
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience, ideally within an engineering or consulting environment
- Strong proficiency in Revit and experience with coordination tools
- Solid understanding of engineering systems (mechanical and electrical) and how they integrate
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

The hiring base salary range for this vacant position is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be based on several factors such as education, experience, internal equity and skills.
