You Will Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion Clean kitchen and work area Follow all operations policies and procedures Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere Love for building strong relations with team members Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Cooking experience is considered an asset A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset A desire for personal and career development Availability to work on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm is considered an asset Bi-weekly Kitchen tip share of 5% of food sales Discounts from local shops and all MHG locations across Atlantic Canada #
