Thompson Collision & Glass is looking for a reliable Body Shop Assistant to support our collision repair team. What You'll Do

Cooperate and assists other personnel in preparing all parts required for the job

Interior and exterior cleaning to meet the shop’s quality standards.

Maintain the cleanliness of the shop through sweeping and removing garbage

Working with others to remove and install windshields

Receive and verify all incoming parts shipments

Accurately enter shipments into the computer system then label parts

Organize and store parts in designated locations within the department

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and organization

Perform minor repairs to vehicles as directed

Additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.





Strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to safely lift, lower, carry, and move light to heavy items.

Physical stamina for an active role that may require standing for extended periods.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks on time.

Experience working in an automotive repair workplace is an asset
