We’re a growing water restoration company, Fix Nation Restoration Etobicoke seeking an experienced, detail‑driven Bookkeeper/CSR to support daily operations and deliver professional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll
- Customer calls, scheduling, job coordination
- Insurance documentation and job costing (asset)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Robust accounting software skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Restoration/construction experience is an asset
