Part-Time / Event-Based

Happy Soul Films is looking for a confident, personable, and well-spoken Brand & Sales Representative to join us at an upcoming wedding shows.

We specialize in luxury wedding cinematography, creating cinematic and emotionally driven wedding films for couples across Canada and destination weddings.

The Role

You’ll be representing Happy Soul Films at our wedding show booth and will be one of the first people potential clients meet.

Your role will be to:

- Welcome and engage couples visiting our booth
- Introduce Happy Soul Films and explain our approach to wedding cinematography
- Clearly explain our services, packages, coverage and film options
- Showcase our wedding films and portfolio
- Ask the right questions to understand each couple’s wedding, vision and needs
- Collect information from qualified potential clients
- Encourage interested couples to book a consultation with our team
- Help create a warm, elevated and memorable experience at the booth

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is

- Confident and naturally comfortable speaking with people
- Friendly, energetic and approachable
- Well-spoken with strong English communication skills
- Professional and polished in presentation
- Comfortable explaining premium services and pricing




- Able to learn our services and packages before the event
- Sales-minded without being overly aggressive
- Reliable and comfortable working in a busy event environment

Experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, weddings, events, photography or videography is an asset.

What We’ll Provide

Before the show, we’ll train you on:

- Happy Soul Films and our brand
- Our cinematography style and approach
- Packages and pricing
- Film deliverables
- Frequently asked questions
- How to identify serious leads
- How to guide couples toward booking a consultation

You do not need to be a cinematographer. We’re looking for someone who can understand our services and communicate their value confidently.

Compensation

Paid event position.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience.

Potential opportunity for future wedding shows and sales events for the right person.
