TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " BSA- Pega”

We are looking for a robust Pega BA/BSA resource with experience in Pega Marketing and/or Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

This is a 11 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid 3-4 days/week (days are flexible).

Key Accountabilities

● Responsible for Requirement gathering and support Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey

● Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers

● Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels

● Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement

● Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners

● Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities

● Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email

Must Have skills:

1.



5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
2. 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
3. Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
4. Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
5. 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills

Nice to have:

1. Familiarity with banking products
2. Experience with Google Cloud Platform
3. Previous experience with Data bricks.

4. Recent experience with Python

Soft Skills Required: ● Strong Communication and collaboration skills

● Self-motivated, strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior

● Analytical mindset

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
- Certified with Pega an asset

Candidate Review & Selection

1-2 rounds – In-Person Interviews – with HM – 1 hour – standard going through experience, potential scenario questions
