About the Role The Senior Business Analyst works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and development teams to define product capabilities, document requirements, improve business processes, and drive successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with product strategy and organizational objectives.
- Validate proposed solutions meet business needs and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.




- Provide detailed analytical expertise while partnering closely with Product Owners and product teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
