We are seeking a driven Senior Business Analyst for a one-year contract to help our Business Process & Special Projects team.

Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive process reviews, gap analysis, and automation efforts within our Order-to-Cash initiatives. You will also support the exchange of technical requirements across departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct current and future state discovery for OTC projects
- Document technical requirements and process changes
- Apply process mapping to optimize workflows




- Create and standardize SOPs and training resources
- Present optimization proposals to leadership Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a business analyst or process improvement role
- Solid analytical skills and business case development
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and mapping tools
- Experience with system migrations or compliance projects
