3. Company Culture and Values Alignment

You represent Rimrock in every customer conversation and site visit. You build trust by being responsive, prepared, honest about what we can deliver, and willing to raise concerns before they become surprises.

- Conduct initial discovery conversations and site visits to understand customer goals, scope, timing, decision process, and known constraints.
- Great looks like: Customers feel understood, and the Business Development Manager receives clear field information instead of having to reconstruct the opportunity from incomplete notes.
- Take useful site photos, measurements, and consultation notes when required.

Great looks like: The information is organized, relevant, and sufficient to support the next estimating or sales conversation.
- Present Rimrock’s services and value clearly within approved messaging and service standards.

Great looks like: You explain what Rimrock can do, set realistic expectations, and avoid committing to pricing, schedule, or technical details outside your authority.Follow-Up and Pipeline Movement

- Follow up with prospects and customers according to the agreed cadence, always closing each interaction with a clear next step.
- Great looks like: Active opportunities do not go stale because of missed calls, unclear ownership, or undocumented follow-up.
- Support proposal follow-up by confirming receipt, answering basic questions, identifying objections, and bringing important issues to the Business Development Manager.
