About the Role

OnePoint Solutions is looking for driven, self-motivated sales reps to help local businesses across Edmonton and Alberta grow with signage, websites, SEO, and social media management.

This is a commission-only role with no cap and no ceiling. You earn 20% of every dollar your clients pay us — not just once, but every single month for as long as they stay. You're building a recurring income stream, not chasing one-time payouts.

What You're Selling

- Portable billboard signs — $149–$200/mo
- Business websites — starting at $499
- SEO & local search optimization — $300/mo
- Social media management — $300/mo

Our clients stay because the product works. Average retention is long-term, which means your commissions compound month over month.

What This Looks Like





Close 2 clients a week and within 6 months you could be earning $2,500–$3,000/mo in recurring commissions — on top of every recent deal you close.

What We're Looking For

- Based in or familiar with the Edmonton market
- Comfortable with cold outreach — door knocking, calling, networking, DMs
- Experience in B2B sales, real estate, or marketing is a plus but not required
- Hungry to build something, not wait for a paycheque
