Position Summary

Lind Equipment is seeking a confident, motivated, and organized Business Development Representative, Construction to identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the construction industry.

The primary focus of this position is researching active and upcoming construction projects, identifying the contractors and decision-makers involved, and connecting with prospective customers by telephone and email to determine whether there is a genuine sales opportunity for Lind Equipment.

The Business Development Representative will research projects, initiate conversations with prospective customers, ask relevant qualifying questions, and develop opportunities for Lind Equipment's temporary lighting and portable power solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, conducting research, uncovering opportunities, and building relationships. Previous construction or technical sales experience is considered an asset but is not required. Lind Equipment will provide training on our products, customers, markets, CRM, and sales process.
