Business Development Representative to join a growing organization with a strong North American presence. This is a true new-business sales opportunity for someone who thrives on the hunt — prospecting, opening doors, creating opportunities, and building a book of business from the ground up. This includes identifying and researching prospects, cold calling, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle,



closing new business, and developing accounts over time.

This is not a traditional account management role . We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys business development and is motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come in. What we’re looking for:

2–5+ years of sales or business development experience Demonstrated success generating net-new business Robust prospecting, cold-calling, and outbound sales capabilities A genuine hunter mentality with the resilience to pursue and close new opportunities

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Competitive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to grow professionally and financially
