Develop

Strategies and solutions to support the deployment of our company wide Operational Excellence Initiative including technical elements, management tools and practices and leadership skills. Be the ‘expert’ that engages the organization to embrace the change and develop the organization to ensure the OE approach is the fundamental way to ‘manage’ the business performance and alignment to the company goals. Develop training strategies and solutions along with organizational stakeholders that will increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management,



delivering value to our customers.

Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Lead the change using formal change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement, full team collaboration and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You hold a degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations or Business Management.

You bring 10+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience. You are a proven leader in project, change management and operational transformation. You have a strong track record of training, coaching, and mentoring leaders and teams.

You can develop and deliver impactful executive-level presentations. You are proficient with Power BI, Power Apps, VBA, and digital improvement solutions. You are willing to travel occasionally to support BOE deployment across multiple sites.
