HCP Capabilities & Operations Specialist
Remote (GTA) with Occasional Travel
Up to $44.50/hr + 4% Vacation Pay (T4)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Are you an experienced operations professional with a background in Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG industries? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HCP Capabilities & Operations Specialist to support key business operations, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and vendor management initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects while supporting business-critical programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product sampling forecasting and planning processes
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, and event logistics
- Develop, track, and maintain KPI and operational performance reporting
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and related administrative processes
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and process execution
- Provide operational support for key HCP-focused programs and activities
Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Related field
Strong experience with:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- KPI reporting and analysis
- Forecasting and planning
- Purchase order management
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Conference and event coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG organizations
- Experience supporting Healthcare Qualified (HCP) programs
- French language skills (asset, not required)
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
Additional Information
- Fully remote position with some travel required
- Primary work location support: Markham, ON
- Approximately 10% travel required
- Occasional weekend work may be required to support conferences, events, and business initiatives
- Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
