ARCH Dental + Aesthetics

Vancouver

Start at $80K and depends on experience + benefits

Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This isn't a typical lab job.

What if you could actually see your work go into the patient's mouth?

ARCH Dental + Aesthetics is looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician to take ownership of our new in-house digital laboratory in Vancouver.

You'll work directly alongside our dentists and clinical team, designing and producing restorations from scan to seat. Instead of producing hundreds of cases for different dentists with different preferences, you'll work closely with a small group of dentists, learn exactly how they work, and have a real voice in how the lab operates.

You won't just be filling lab orders. You'll be building the lab.

What makes this opportunity different?

See your work seated.

Our laboratory is right inside the dental practice. You'll be minutes away from the operatory, allowing you to see the scan, design the restoration, make adjustments and see the final result.

Work directly with the dentists.

You'll have direct communication with the clinicians throughout the process. If something isn't working, you can solve it together rather than waiting for a remake to come back from a commercial lab.

Have a voice.

You'll help establish our scanning, photography and laboratory protocols. If you see a better way to capture records or prepare a case, we want to hear it.

Own the lab.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your workflow, materials, equipment and priorities — with the chance to eventually build a team as the lab grows.

What you'll be doing

- Design and produce same-day CAD/CAM restorations
- Work with exocad for restorative and implant cases
- Design and produce full-arch implant prosthetics and All-on-X conversions
- Design crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and implant restorations
- Produce temporary and definitive restorations
- Operate milling, printing, sintering and finishing equipment
- Stain, glaze, characterize and finish restorations to a high aesthetic standard
- Manage implant libraries, scan bodies and multi-unit abutments
- Produce surgical guides, night guards and occlusal appliances
- Work directly with dentists during complex cases and deliveries
- Help establish and maintain clinical scanning and records standards
- Train and support clinical staff on scanning and case preparation
- Manage laboratory materials, inventory, equipment maintenance and case workflow

We're looking for someone who has
- BCCOHP registration as a Dental Technician
- Strong, hands-on exocad experience
- Experience with implant workflows and full-arch cases
- Experience with All-on-X conversion prostheses
- Experience with milling, printing, sintering, staining, glazing and finishing

- Strong anterior aesthetic and characterization skills
- The ability to work efficiently when a patient is waiting for a same-day restoration
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in the finished result
- The confidence to communicate directly with dentists and say when a case or scan needs to be improved
- A portfolio demonstrating your work

What you'll get

$80,000 annual salary + benefits

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Dedicated in-house laboratory in Vancouver

Direct access to the dentists and clinical team A voice in equipment, materials and how the lab is built

Opportunity to grow into a leadership role and build a lab team

Who will thrive here?

This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, precision and problem-solving.

Someone who notices when a scan isn't good enough before spending an hour designing on it.

Someone who cares about how a restoration actually looks and functions in the patient's mouth — not just whether it left the lab.

Someone who wants to work closely with clinicians, improve systems and have their expertise actually influence how a practice operates.

If that's you, we'd love to meet you.

How to apply

Please send us your resume and a short portfolio of your work.

We'd especially like to see:

- A full-arch case
- An anterior aesthetic case
- A screw-retained implant restoration
- Exocad design screenshots alongside completed or seated cases

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
