YRB is seeking a seasonal Call Centre Operator.

Position Summary:

YRB is seeking a seasonal Full time, Call Center Operator to work in our 24×7 Logistics & Communication Centre.

The spectrum of work will include taking calls from members of the public, updating road conditions and events on DriveBC, and relaying information to and from our road crews. We are seeking reliable individuals with positive attitudes.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to 4350 Handlen Road, PG, BC
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices, and read and follow instructions
- Ability to work on holidays, night shifts and weekends

Ability and Skills:

- Familiarity with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary, Full-time Hours Pay: $19.51/hr + add’l $0.50 per hour for night shifts

Schedule:

- 10/12 hour shifts (10 hr weekdays, 12 hr weekends)




- 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on / 4 nights off
- Includes ALL holidays – October 15th to March 31st

Work Location: In person at 4350 Handlen Road, Prince George, BC We are hiring now for positions that starts in mid October. This is a seasonal role and employment will end on March 31, 2027.
