Overview

We are an established Commercial General Contractor seeking experienced, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Carpenters/ Carpenter Helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the successful completion of projects. These positions requires dependability, physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

- Reliable, regular attendance of scheduled shifts is required.
- Effective & proficient knowledge of all aspects of carpentry and finishing work
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must be fluent in English written and verbal communications
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as individually without supervison
- Must provide and operate their own basic hand tools.

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a robust understanding of carpentry principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints,



schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of finishing, drywall installation, door installation, and general woodworking processes.
- Our work projects can be quite diverse. Preference will be given to applicants with a broad scope of experience in construction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to applicants with journeyman's ticket from a recognized trade school or technical institute. A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the construction industry is also required.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
