Lee Renovation and Carpentry is looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Carpenter / Renovation Worker to join our small business.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, have practical experience using common carpentry tools, and be able to complete renovation tasks with limited supervision. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and does not require extensive training on basic tools and job-site procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of carpentry or residential renovation experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to safely and confidently operate tools commonly used in carpentry and renovation work.
- Must be able to measure, cut, install, and assemble materials accurately.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transportation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labour for extended periods.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Must follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities
- Assist with and complete residential renovation and carpentry projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, install, and assemble building materials.
- Load,



unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Follow project instructions and complete work to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and protected work area.
- Work professionally and respectfully in customers’ homes and properties.
- Communicate clearly about project tasks and progress.
