- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and welcoming
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication skills and friendly phone etiquette
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize sales productivity

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently
