As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll deliver direct resident care, medication administration, and clinical support.
This role requires collaboration with care aides and nurses to ensure high-quality care while supporting resident wellbeing. Your leadership will guide the care team, fostering a nurturing ethos for our residents. Monitor health status, reporting changes promptly

- Maintain safety protocols and infection control Current LPN registration in BCCNP
- Criminal Record Check - Vulnerable Sector
