Role Description The Center Manager at Sylvan Learning of Erin Mills is a part-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for overseeing daily center operations, including scheduling sessions, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring programs run smoothly.

The Center

Manager collaborates with directors, teachers, and families to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience for students. Typical tasks include managing enrollment and inquiries, monitoring student progress reports, coordinating with educators on curriculum alignment, and handling basic administrative duties such as record keeping and reporting.



The role also involves supporting local marketing initiatives, building community relationships, and modeling excellent customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in education, tutoring, or learning center operations, with the ability to support curriculum-aligned programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules, activities, and administrative tasks in a busy center environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, families, and staff in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and representing the center in the community.
- Basic proficiency with office software and educational technology platforms to manage records, reporting, and digital learning tools.
