Lead precious metals exploration as a Chief Exploration Geologist in Northwestern Ontario with a reputable North American producer. Oversee team efforts and drive resource growth in Archean greenstone belt terrain. In this full-time, permanent role reporting to the Exploration Manager, you will take charge of regional exploration programs, managing target generation and geological modeling.

Your leadership will ensure success in both regional efforts and near-mine resource growth, while mentoring the exploration team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage regional exploration programs and budgeting
- Supervise geological data management and interpretation
- Update deposit-scale geological models as exploration evolves
- Oversee contractor work,



including drilling and field activities
- Align exploration activities with health and safety policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Science, P.Geo registration
- 8-15+ years of mineral exploration experience
- Solid understanding of gold deposit environments
- Proficient in GIS and 3D modeling software
- Proven leadership and communication skills
