Overview

We are seeking a evening Group Facilitator (3-10pm) to lead and support various group activities and programs wit individuals in a inpatient recovery home. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, biblical understanding, organizational, and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of addictions and mental health recovery. This role involves leading sessions, managing group dynamics, medication management, cooking and cleaning and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through effective facilitation and case management.

Responsibilities

- Lead by example, part of this example means being substance free.
- Teach addiction and Mental health group sessions, incorporating biblical principles.
- Cook meals, and assist with cleaning.
- Manage administrative tasks including EMR data entry.
- Communicate clearly with participants, team members, and management.
- Supervise group activities, ensuring safety and adherence to program guidelines.
- Support case management efforts by assessing participant needs and providing appropriate resources or referrals.




- Foster an environment that encourages participation, respect, and collaboration.
- Utilize strong time management skills to coordinate multiple sessions efficiently

Qualifications

- Proven experience working w/ addictions, and facilitating groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with case management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate.
- Robust ethics and boundaries, and ability to be firm.
- Prior experience working in a inpatient setting preferred.
- Wage is dependent on education and experience working in the field

Schedule

- Second shift - afternoon to evening (3/4-10/11 pm)
- part and a full time position available
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays.

We are a drug free facility, employees agree to pre-employment and random testing, due to safety sensitive role. Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
