Be the chiropractor who helps us build chiropractic at REP.

REP Physio is a locally owned, established rehabilitation practice with three locations in south Edmonton. We're looking for the right Chiropractor to join our Riverbend team and become an key part of our multidisciplinary model.

You'll be joining an established clinic with a strong patient community, experienced administrative support, private treatment space, a large fully equipped rehabilitation gym, marketing support and opportunities for internal referrals and collaboration.

We have the clinic, team, systems and rehabilitation infrastructure in place. What we don't have yet is our chiropractor.

We're looking for the right person to change that.

You'll work alongside Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, an Acupuncturist, a Psychologist, a Dietitian and other healthcare professionals. We value collaboration while respecting each practitioner's professional autonomy.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a chiropractor who provides excellent, patient-centred musculoskeletal care and sees value in combining hands-on treatment with movement, exercise, education and progressive rehabilitation.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Practice evidence-informed, patient-centred care
- Enjoy treating musculoskeletal and/or sports-related conditions
- Use manual therapy,



manipulation, exercise and other appropriate approaches based on individual patient needs
- Incorporate movement and active rehabilitation where appropriate
- Value patient education and shared decision-making
- Enjoy collaborating with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Are comfortable utilizing a fully equipped rehabilitation gym
- Care about clinical outcomes and the patient experience
- Want to build a successful and rewarding practice

Experience is an asset, but clinical philosophy, personality and fit with our team matter enormously to us.

A Flexible Opportunity

Already practicing somewhere else?

You don't necessarily need to leave an existing position to explore an opportunity with REP.

We're open to the right chiropractor joining us for as little as 1–2 days per week initially, with the opportunity to expand as your caseload develops.

Riverbend would be the primary location, with the potential to add hours at one of our other south Edmonton clinics depending on your interests, availability and patient demand.

We're equally open to someone looking for a larger part-time or full-time opportunity from the outset.

An existing caseload is not required.

If you're an established chiropractor with an existing patient following, we'd also be very interested in discussing how REP could support the next stage of your practice.

Practice & Compensation Options

We recognize that the right opportunity may look different depending on where you are in your career.

We're open to discussing

- Part-time or full-time
- Employee or independent contractor arrangements
- Starting with as little as 1–2 days per week
- Daytime and/or evening availability
- Opportunities to work across more than one REP location
- Increasing hours and/or locations as your practice grows




- Compensation structured around experience, caseload and practice arrangement

Our goal isn't to fit the right chiropractor into a predetermined schedule. We're willing to build the opportunity around the right person. Estimated annual compensation: $75,000–$175,000+, depending on schedule, caseload and practice arrangement.

For an experienced chiropractor bringing an established patient following, we're prepared to discuss an attractive compensation arrangement that recognizes the practice you've already built.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Alberta, or eligible for registration
- Professional liability insurance as required
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed and patient-centred care
