This position demands solid operational support skills and familiarity with Cisco video conferencing hardware and software solutions. You will engage in troubleshooting, project support, and infrastructure monitoring, contributing to business-critical communication services across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve Level 2 incidents in video-conferencing environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, endpoints, and applications




- Maintain Cisco video endpoints, including Webex and Room series
- Monitor health and proactively identify issues
- Support projects and escalate technical problems Requirements:
- Advanced experience with Cisco video conferencing technology
