- Match invoices with purchase orders for verification
- Calculate and maintain financial hold-backs and discounts
- Prepare batches for cheque and electronic funds transfer
- Manage vendor records and respond to inquiries
- Prepare detailed financial reports as required Requirements:
- Completion of high school and CGA or equivalent training (1 year)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with city-specific financial software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
