We are looking for a Claims Assistant to join our Auto Claims team in our Toronto Office. In this role, you'll support the claims process, ensure claims information is accurately managed, handle customer inquiries professionally, and keep administrative processes running smoothly. Working closely with other Claims Assistant and Adjusters, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and maintain efficient claims operations.

What We're Looking For

You bring

- Experience working in an office or administrative environment.
- An understanding of insurance or claims processes is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and Excel.
- Confidence working with technology and business systems, including Guidewire.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

The skills and experience for this role are typically gained through a one-year certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, along with one to two years of experience in an office environment. Why Join Us?
