What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Manager: As a Claims Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Casualty & Litigation Claims Managers work hard to provide support to our Claims unit and are the first line of conversation for the adjudication team. They are responsible for providing technical guidance, coaching and management of claims staff, ensuring efficient and prompt service in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims.

They keep track of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that each claim is adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner.

Managers are passionate about leading people; Casualty & Litigation Claims Adjusting Managing a team of Claims Adjusters, coaching, training, and mentoring Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership/mentorship experience Solid adjusting background with in-depth knowledge of CGL and Auto BI Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel We have a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week,
