Colpitts Developments Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Class 1E Truck Driver & Equipment Operator who knows how to keep equipment productive, work safely around an active site, and get the job done right. You will put your experience to work across excavation, site servicing, road construction, snow removal, and general construction projects.

The Work

· Operate tandem dump trucks, floats, and assigned heavy equipment safely, efficiently, and with confidence

· Support residential and commercial projects from excavation and site servicing through landscaping, roadwork, and snow removal

· Manage loading, hauling, and on-site operations with sound judgement, attention to site conditions, and respect for the crew

What We’re Looking For

· Valid Class 1E driver’s licence with a minimum of three years of driving experience

· Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check





· Experience operating tandem dump trucks on residential and commercial construction sites

· Experience operating at least one type of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, loader, or backhoe

- Knowledge of safe loading, hauling, and site operations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
