Cleaner – Residential & Commercial

Dust N’ Done Pro Cleaning Services Inc. is a professional cleaning company serving clients throughout the Niagara Region. We provide both residential and commercial cleaning services and take pride in delivering reliable, detailed, high-quality work for every client.

We are currently looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to our team. This position will focus primarily on residential house and apartment cleaning, with occasional opportunities to assist with commercial cleaning services.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the small details, and can represent our company professionally while working inside our clients' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaner with Dust N’ Done Pro Cleaning, your responsibilities may include:

- General residential house and apartment cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning mirrors and interior glass
- Removing garbage and replacing liners
- Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, and other areas when included in the client's service
- Assisting with occasional commercial cleaning assignments, including offices and other commercial facilities
- Following company cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
- Properly and safely using cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Reporting damages, maintenance concerns, low supplies, or other issues to management
- Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude while working in clients' homes and businesses

- Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
- Able to manage time effectively and complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Willing to travel to different client locations throughout the Niagara Region
- Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments

Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but we are also willing to consider dependable candidates who have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn our cleaning standards.

Transportation

Because our team services multiple client locations throughout the Niagara Region, reliable transportation is strongly preferred.

Schedule

This position may include a combination of:

- Weekday shifts
- Daytime residential cleaning
- Occasional evening commercial cleaning
- Additional hours as our client base continues to grow

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
