Client Account Manager to manage and grow our diverse portfolio of client accounts, from independent practices to large multi-location groups.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end client journey. Nurturing key partnerships, conducting regular business reviews, driving retention, and uncovering expansion opportunities across all client tiers. While your primary focus is hands-on, consultative account management, experience or interest in B2B marketing is a strong plus to help support client communications and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Success (Primary)
Primary Point of Contact
Act as the dedicated account manager for a wide range of clients, including independent business owners, practice managers, and multi-location accounts, ensuring responsive support and clear communication.
Account Growth & Retention:
Proactively monitor account health across your entire portfolio, conduct strategic business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and manage renewals.
Onboarding & Advisory:
Guide new clients through onboarding while translating regulatory compliance requirements (such as OSHA and DEA standards) into practical, reassuring operational guidance.
CRM & Account Data:
Maintain accurate account records, client notes, and interaction history in our internal CRM to maximize account health and satisfaction.
Marketing Support (Secondary)
Client Engagement & Communications:
Assist in reviewing or contributing to client newsletters, educational resources, and feature updates to drive account adoption.
Event & Webinar Collaboration:
Support the coordination and promotion of educational webinars and partner events alongside internal teams.
Feedback Loop
Translate direct client feedback into actionable insights to help leadership refine messaging and solution offerings.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
Account & Relationship Experience:
2-3 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or account executive roles managing small-to-medium businesses or enterprise accounts.
Communication & Confidence:
Skilled at serving as the primary account lead over phone, email, and video calls, with a track record of pitching solutions consultatively to key stakeholders.
Strategic & Agile Learner:
Ability to quickly master new software, regulatory environments, and industry jargon.
Marketing Experience (A Plus)
Background or familiarity with B2B campaign coordination, basic content creation (newsletters, sales collateral), or digital marketing.
Self-Motivated:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing a mixed portfolio of high-touch and transactional client needs.
Assets
Being a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or having French language proficiency is a solid asset, but not required.
