Responsibilities

- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming workplace.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to facilitate smooth workflow within the clinic.





Qualifications

- 2 -3 years experience as a Client Care Specialist is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is necessary.
- Knowledge of Avimark required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing exceptional care.
