ARRI Rental, the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for a Client Contact to work in our Vancouver, Canada office.

We are seeking someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and can offer superior customer service.

We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 2+ years of relevant experience,

familiarity with professional film, digital, and post-production equipment necessary,

previous sales experience a plus. Willingness to cover duties in other departments as needed. Canadian Citizenship Required.

Main areas of responsibilities for this full time role include:

Ø Establish and maintain excellent communication with camera crew and production offices.

Ø Take customer orders, negotiate package within established guidelines, create quotes.

Ø Work closely with fellow Camera Rental Agents in the US and abroad on scheduling needs.

Ø Identify additional client needs (such as post and transportation)

Ø Verify correct billing information with the Credit department.

Ø Document detailed contact and technical information.

Ø Work with Sales team to identify possible opportunities.

Ø Working within a small team environment, assisting with daily office and warehouse task.

Ø Positive attitude. Able and willing to cover work in other areas.

Ø Extremely motivated and able to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Ø Strong negotiation skills, good business sense and high degree of independent judgment.

Ø Fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, order entry and CRM programs The compensation range for this role within our group is $32.00 to $36.00 Hourly CAD. Please keep in mind that compensation offered for this role will be dependent upon an applicant’s level of experience and current applicable skill set.
